Plan early

Vehicles and chauffeurs for the WEF week are reserved months in advance. Contact us as soon as your participation is confirmed: we will need your arrival and departure flights, accommodation, number of passengers and the type of vehicle you prefer.

Accommodation outside Davos

Many participants stay in Klosters, Arosa, Lenzerheide or even Zurich and commute daily. A dedicated chauffeur makes these daily journeys comfortable and predictable, even in heavy snow.

About 410 km and roughly 4 hours 30 minutes in normal conditions; allow more time in snow or during peak WEF traffic.
